North Folk is crafting something legendary–don't miss out!

Artisanal Ciders

Legendary Good Times

North Folk Cidery is an independent, family owned craft cidery nestled at the gateway to the Rockies, neighboring Kananaskis and scenic Highway 40. We craft all-natural hard ciders and non-alcoholic sipping sparklers from fresh ingredients using old world methods for today's modern palate.

Explore Our Beverages

Sip a story and get lost with our artisanal beverages inspired by the Canadian Wilds.

We’re tending the orchard and filling our kegs – putting in work til’ we’re sore in our legs. Try the lumberjack’s libations and take the first stride – where boldness meets flavour, and adventure abides.

Locally Sourced

Made from 100% fresh-pressed Canadian apples, sourced exclusively from local Canadian farmers, as well as other whole, premium agricultural ingredients.

Traditional Methods

We ferment our cider to preserve the apples’ natural flavours and delicate aromas. This careful process means no need for artificial additives—just pure, authentic cider. Our dry ciders are naturally gluten-free and low in sugar.

Artisanal Flavors

We’ve taken years to personally craft a range of delicious and refreshing flavours – pure essences of farm-fresh fruit that are perfectly balanced.

Our Location

From these storied orchards nestled in the Alberta wilds, we organically cultivate heirloom apples, handcraft premium ciders and sparklers that capture the crisp mountain air, the purity of the land, and the spirit of gathering.

Idyllic refreshers after a long day exploring the wilds of BANFF, our ciders are a true Canadian experience. Share stories from the trail around a roaring fire after a stop by a Stockist or local Trading Post.
